Whoever you are

The Ocean was my other half today
she majestically crashed her waves over my skin
both saint and deadly sin
she is the killer with the picturesque heart

As I strolled through white sand
trickling through my toes like grains of sugar
I thought of you, Whoever You Are, Wherever You Are
Where is the beauty who walks silently by my side
Then my heart sinks, its the cool ocean tide

Looking across the ocean
I witnessed a blanket that could be separating us
my precious baby, I long to look into your end
You penetrate your soul with my heart
but I wonder where you lie tonight
Whoever You Are, Wherever You Are
