As we say goodbye for the final
time
there seems to be no reason or rhyme
as we lay you to rest in the arms of our loved ones
we honour your memory you our lost son
I miss you in my moments of solitude
I cherish the memories we shared
our boyhood sojourns that nobody but us travelled
you gave such joy and pain to those who loved you
If i was only there in your moment of despair
I could have rescued you with some loving care
born from the same kind we were blood brothers
sons of the women we call our mothers
now you are at peace with our loved ones deceased
cradling you they are in the beauty of paradise
your pain is no longer haunting your fragile being
we go on without you loving you unseen |
