heard all your words
And I felt something stir
And thought - "Oh my God -
Have they also been there?"
It had started out nicely
Just one drink at The Shore
Then back to The Gables
For one or two more!
We were drinking and singing
And the booze it did flow,
As I thought I was drinking
With everyone that I know!
So stranger - if you and I met
At that great drinking do -
Is this horse that I woke up with
Belonging to you?? |
