I love to browse the Notice Boards
To read what's written there
Where people post their litte poems
To see how they will fare!
Sometimes I see a message
Which is addressed to me
And I can't wait to open it
The words therein to see!
These Boards ae quite a Godsend
For people such as I
They give hope and encouragement
To give more poetry a try!
And when I'm feeling sad and blue
I can read another's rhyme
And find that I am not alone -
Their thoughts are just like mine!
Yes - I love to browse those Notice Boards
To see what's written there
And am reassured I'm not alone
And that other people care.
And its nice to add a friendly note
With the use of the rhyming word
And post it there for my new-found friends
Upon that Notice Board! |
